I own a 2004 Sebring convertible. Top goes up about 1/3, then stops. If I play with the toggle switch back and forth, it will eventually go up, altho VERY slowly. I have on occassion had to give it a boost manually. Any suggestions?
Something is probably jamming the mechanism somewhere. It could be a leaf, or dirty grease, or something might have gotten bent. There’s not much more we can tell you without being there at the car. You’re gonna have to play with it a lot and watch to see where it’s binding.
